FEATURE
Strainers are named according to their structural shape, and cast strainers are generally used in medium and low pressure gas or liquid lines, and are applied to various industrial processes that require corrosion resistance and wear resistance. This device is used for fluids that may contain relatively large amounts of solid particles and is suitable for applications that require periodic cleaning or maintenance. Solid particles accumulated on the screen can be discharged through a blowdown valve installed on the drain port, and some models are designed to allow screen cleaning or replacement without blocking fluid flow, maintaining process continuity.
Cast strainers are used in medium and low pressure gas or liquid lines and are suitable for industrial processes that require corrosion resistance and wear resistance. They are used for fluids with many solid particles and can be cleaned through blowdown valves without separating the screen. Some models allow maintenance without interrupting the process flow.
