FEATURE

The PFA lined ball valve provides full PFA lining on wetted parts for excellent chemical resistance, thermal stability, and low contamination, with PTFE packing and HYPATITE PTFE ball seats for sealing. It offers low operating torque for manual service and is suited to pneumatic automation; maximum pressure 1.37 MPa, temperature range −30°C to +150°C, JIS 10K flanges, and KITZ standard face-to-face dimensions.

LINE UP

The KITZ PFA lined ball valve (model 10UTBLN) is used in chemical, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, food, and acid/alkali piping for corrosive-fluid duty. Sizes 15A through 100A (JIS), JIS 10K flanged ends. Body, bonnet and gland: SCS13A; stem and ball: SUS304 / SCS13A; packing: PTFE; ball seat: HYPATITE PTFE; lining: PFA. Maximum pressure 1.37 MPa, temperature −30°C to +150°C, KITZ face-to-face; body design per ASME B16.34 Class 150 pressure–temperature rating. Pneumatic actuators and factory-assembled packages are available.
